Pay Wimbledon All England Club USD83 Million

London - Manager Wimbledon will pay USD83 million to hold full control All England Club, where diselenggarakannya arena field grass tennis world's most prestigious.
Wimbledon will buy back 50 percent of their shares to be the All England Club in 1934.
The amount will be paid to the Association of British Tennis Grass Field in installments for a period of five years, starting in 2013 when the agreement is currently expired.
"The agreement will clearly benefit the new British tennis and Wimbledon," said All England Club chairman Tim Phillips cited as the AP, on Thursday (20/11/2008).
"We get our field again and then we can decide what we will do the responsible and determine our own fate. This has to secure investment in the world of British tennis for the next 40 years, until 2053," several Phillips.
